Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Take beverage orders from guests and servers. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking, sanitizing, and inventory control. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Provide menu recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate. Adhere to all hotel and local health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service hours. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality setting. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Bartending certification or hospitality training is a plus.
