Job Requirement:

The Bartender will maintain bar stock in accordance with the established standards, while ensuring security of the beverage stock and reporting shortages. He/she will monitor the quality of beverages, create new mixed drinks and cocktails for promotional activity and new menus. He/she will oversee the bar procedures to maintain and follow all hygiene rules in serving beverages and promote and upsell our exquisite offerings through personalized and professional service to our guests.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education:

Bachelor degree required or diploma in hotel management.

Experience:

Must have at least 1 year experience in the position.
