Our successful Bartenders ...
? manage all tasks of service preparation and breakdown, including stock control and inventories, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, operating equipment.
? ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislation.
? fulfil service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive approach.
? actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent.
? work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
? Able to meet and follow company SOP's. ? 2 years relevant bar / beverage experience including Micros (POS) and cash handling
? Possess high level of product knowledge / beers / spirits / cocktails / wines / champagne / cigars
? happy and positive / can do attitude
? honest, trustworthy and responsible
? willing to work shifts / late nights / weekends
