The dining experience will feature a mix of large plates and tapas-style dishes, allowing guests to sample a variety of flavours and textures.
As a Mixologist at Marcella Restaurant, your role involves leading our bar team, designing creative and exciting cocktail menus, managing inventory, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mixology, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. A strong knowledge of wine is an advantage.
