Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including tools, counters, and glassware.
Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations, health and safety standards.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Support other staff members during busy periods.
