Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers professionally with a friendly attitude.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and cold drinks.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, tables, and work areas.
Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
Ensure proper cash handling and order processing.
Support the team in restocking supplies and maintaining product displays.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
barista or waitress
.
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
Barista certification or professional training
preferred
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Local hire only Qatar
Immediate joiner or within 1 month
