A Barista warmly welcomes customers into their establishment. TWe're looking for a

passionate and creative Barista

to join our team--someone who's not just great with coffee, but excited to

experiment, invent, and lead

new beverage trends. If you love

matcha, iced summer drinks, fusion combos, and aesthetic presentation

, we'd love to have you on board!

They also clean and sanitize their work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and espresso-based drinks.

Create and test new drink recipes

regularly based on seasonal trends and customer feedback. Stay updated with global beverage trends and propose creative ideas (e.g., matcha lattes, fruit infusions, non-dairy options, etc.). Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality in every drink. Engage with customers and provide recommendations from the menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station and equipment. Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches and promotions. Monitor inventory and suggest new ingredients for R&D

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with

matcha, cold brews, alternative milks, or artisanal drinks

. Can create visually appealing drinks perfect for social media.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:

* Barista: 3 years (Preferred)
