Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to cafe standards.
Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the cashier.
Provide table service and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining and service areas.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist teammates during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista, waiter, or cashier is an advantage (training provided for the right candidate).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
