We Are Hiring: Barista - ECOS Dubai Hotel, Al Furjan
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Barista
with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Barista
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Expertise in preparing a wide range of
non-alcoholic beverages
(specialty coffees, teas, fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, etc.)
Knowledge of professional espresso machines and grinders
Familiarity with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, cold brew, etc.)
Ability to create latte art and specialty coffee beverages
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Knowledge of cashiering and POS systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to assist in serving and other F&B tasks when needed
Basic knowledge of inventory management (ordering, stock rotation, wastage control)
Enthusiasm to stay updated on coffee trends, new recipes, and beverage innovations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
