Job Description

We're looking for a junior barista to join our expanding team at Base Bakery,

Only candidates who can reliably commute to or relocate near Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah, will be considered. The closest area to the job location is Al Yasmeen, Ajman

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and care. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Manage stock of coffee beans, supplies, and baked goods. Ensure coffee equipment operates smoothly by performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs when needed. Provide outstanding service with a warm and engaging attitude. Support other waitresses/waiters during peak hours

What We're Looking For

Experience

: Minimum 1 year in specialty coffee.

Skills

: Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for quality.

Personality

: Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.

Language

: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
