Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Barista/Waitress to join our team. In this dual role, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, while also providing table service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience in the cafe.

Key Responsibilities: Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station Restock coffee supplies and monitor inventory levels

Waitress Duties:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions Ensure tables and dining area are clean and well-maintained Process payments and issue receipts using the POS system Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista and/or waitress preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Basic math and POS handling skills
