Oliv Eatery and Bakery is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by creating delicious coffee beverages and ensuring a welcoming, clean, and efficient dining experience for our patrons. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment Maintain knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen efficiently Serve food and beverages to customers at tables Ensure a clean and organized workstation and dining area Process payments accurately using the POS system Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling Assist with stocking, organizing, and inventory as needed
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a barista or waiter is required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food service is a plus A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
