Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Barista to join our team. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. This role also includes training and mentoring junior baristas, overseeing daily operations of the coffee bar, and upholding hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and cafe equipment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to company standards. Train, guide, and support junior baristas in coffee preparation and customer service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and work areas. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally. Support the cafe manager in daily operations when needed.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
