We are seeking a motivated Barista/Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer interaction, and will be fluent in English. Your primary role will be to create a memorable experience for our customers while delivering high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the coffee machine and equipment.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of bakery items and other menu items.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A passion for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
