Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, share specials or new items, answer inquiries, and handle orders and payments efficiently. Prepare and serve food items (e.g., sandwiches, baked goods) alongside brewing coffee and tea, ensuring quality and speed. Package food and beverages neatly for sale or takeaway. Educate customers on coffee/tea blends, brewing methods, and sell brewing equipment by highlighting product distinctions. Maintain cleanliness: sanitize equipment, restock workstations, and tidy dining areas. Learn and apply brewing techniques, beverage blends, and food presentation to enhance product quality. Update displays and signage to attract and engage customers. Collaborate within a dynamic, energetic team environment. Comply with food safety regulations and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements:

Preferred experience in food, beverage preparation, or customer service. Eager to learn and advance skills in food and beverage preparation. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods. Flexible availability during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Friendly, engaging demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction. Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence in a fast-paced setting.
