Align Fitness - Crystal Plaza Building, Al Majaz 1, Sharjah
Position:
Barista (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks (coffee, protein shakes, smoothies, teas, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks
Handle customer orders and payments efficiently
Restock ingredients and monitor inventory
Provide excellent customer service to gym members and guests
Support fitness events with beverage service when needed
Requirements:
Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee and health-focused drinks
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Friendly attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
