Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and handle cash and daily transactions accurately, with monthly salary starting from 2,000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service area Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, card, or digital payments Restock inventory and supplies as needed Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist in opening and closing procedures Upsell products and make product suggestions to customers

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe/restaurant setting preferred Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and drink techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling money and operating a POS system Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or variable shifts
