Job Title: Full-Time Barista & Cashier

Location: SAKCO LE CAFE' - Dubai

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced, confident, and customer-focused Barista who can also handle full cashier duties. This person will operate our showroom coffee bar, prepare high-quality drinks, manage daily transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment that reflects SAKCO's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Barista Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed. Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Manage daily opening and closing routines. Educate customers about the drinks, beans, and preparation methods.
Cashier & Customer Service

Handle POS operations: billing, receipts, cash, card, refunds. Maintain accurate cash drawer and end-of-day balancing. Greet and assist customers browsing the showroom. Provide professional, friendly service that aligns with SAKCO's brand experience. Support retail product sales when needed.
Showroom Support

Assist in maintaining overall showroom cleanliness and ambience. Ensure the coffee corner always reflects a premium, minimal, modern aesthetic. Report stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of barista experience in cafes or specialty coffee shops. Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brew methods, and latte art. Experience handling cashier/POS systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Presentable, professional, and punctual.
