Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for the daily operation of the coffee kiosk, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Coffee Preparation:

Expertly preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, latte, cappuccino) according to Spago Group's standards.

Kiosk Management:

Operating and maintaining the coffee kiosk, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, handling cash transactions, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and courteously.

Inventory:

Monitoring and managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other necessary supplies.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the freshness of ingredients and the consistent quality of all beverages served.

Hygiene:

Adhering strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
? Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume setting. Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a kiosk efficiently. High level of personal hygiene and professionalism. Willingness to commit to the full 2-month contract duration in Liwa.
