Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of teas, including bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty beverages.
Handle and prepare toppings (boba, jellies, pearls, etc.) with precision and hygiene.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tea station.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu choices.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tea Maker / Bubble Tea Specialist or in a similar F&B role.
Strong knowledge of bubble tea preparation and ingredients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to hygiene and safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
