o Prepare and serve our drinks consistent with the LUDUS standard drink recipes.
o Maintain the coffee slandered, machine cleaning, grinder, and always calibrate.
o Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
o Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
o Record drink orders accurately and immediately after having received them in the printer system.
o Stock the bar all the time with non-alcoholic drinks and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
o Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions according to our standards.
o Clean bars, work areas, and tables according to Abu Dhabi.
o Prepared all cocktails and other drinks, mixed to be ready for the busy time.
o Help the service team all the time as long the bar is not busy.
o Slice and pit fruit, and prepare other garnishes for drinks according to LUDUS standards.
o Arrange and maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally to support efficient drink preparation, promotion of beverages, and attractive displays.
o Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
o Recognize and learn the names of regular guests.
o Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
o Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
o Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
o Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant
