Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, maintain a clean and welcoming cafe space, and contribute to creating a positive guest experience. in Abu Dhabi City.

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, according to company recipes and standards Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and take orders accurately Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and use POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including counters, tables, and equipment Restock supplies such as cups, milk, coffee beans, and pastries as needed Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times Adherence about food hygiene and personal protections Support team members during busy periods and collaborate to ensure smooth operations with Fluent Communication Stay informed on menu items and seasonal offering

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe or food service role preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Better Knowledge about operations in cafe especially peak hours Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to multitasking Basic math skills and comfort using a cash register or POS system Passion for coffee and willingness to learn more about brewing techniques and products
