Our company is looking for a Barista Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

Required to be a key-holder for overall smooth running of cafe operations.
Attend to customer needs, resolve customer complaints, improve customer experience, and assist guest with orders in POS.
Manage team of cashier and barista with leadership skills.
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs.
Work with management to train and monitor sanitation and food handling in accordance to local municipality rules.
Follow health and safety guidelines;
Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
Ensure sales targets are achieved on periodic basis as per management guidelines.
Responsible for all processes associated with opening and closing POS system for business.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
