Black Rose Coffee Shop is seeking a passionate and skilled
Barista
to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment
Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain stock levels and manage supplies efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or cafe role
Preferred: Female candidates
Nationality: Philippines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours and handle busy shifts
Passion for coffee and customer service
