Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, machines, utensils, and seating area.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer payments accurately.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
Follow health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints professionally.
