We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista Cum Operation Manager to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience.
Barista Duties
: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with attention to quality and presentation.
Customer Engagement
: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Supervision
: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring that all team members adhere to cafe policies and procedures.
Training Staff
: Train new baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and cafe operations.
Inventory Management
: Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Quality Control
: Ensure that all beverages and food items meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
Team Leadership
: Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
Health & Safety Compliance
: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
