Role Overview:
As a Barista, you'll be the face of our specialty coffee service, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations, and ensuring every cup is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate customers on our premium drinks menu.
Make recommendations and upsell special items.
Take and prepare orders efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
Maintain cleanliness and equipment.
Ensure all stations are stocked.
Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
Prior experience in specialty coffee.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of brewing equipment.
Ability to work various shifts.
