Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and skilled
Barista with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, including proficiency in specialty coffee and manual brewing methods (e.g., V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.).Location: DIFC, Dubai
Job Type: 1 month contract - Leave Replacement
WE NEED SOMEONE TO JOIN RIGHT AWAY.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and care.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
-Provide exceptional customer service and engage knowledgeably about coffee with guests.
-Support teammates and contribute positively to the shop's culture and workflow.
-Be proactive in identifying areas that need attention, even beyond your assigned duties.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in a specialty coffee environment.
-Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and brewing techniques.
-Comfortable with dial-in, calibration, and espresso machine maintenance.
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
-Friendly, humble, and professional demeanor.
-Willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile when needed.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
