Job Description
JOB INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a Barista for our FM - Hospitality business in G4S Bahrain
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and handling food & beverages for our customers' users.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash, card, POS systems) Provide friendly, polite, and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including counters, equipment, and seating areas Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment Restock supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and ingredients
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Education/Experience: High School Diploma preferred; 0-2 years of experience as food & beverage server, barista or helper at cafes and restaurants. Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to stand for extended periods (10-12 hours). Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
