Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of every coffee crafted
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee station and bar area
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions using POS systems
• Assist in restocking inventory, checking expiry dates, and rotating stock
• Contribute to a friendly and collaborative team environment
• Stay updated with global coffee trends and local customer preferences
• Adapt to fast-paced service and high-volume customer periods

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista in a hotel, cafxc3xa9, or upscale restaurant
• Deep knowledge of espresso-based drink preparation and latte art
• Familiarity with Dubai's coffee culture and hospitality standards
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are a plus
• Flexible with shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Barista certification preferred
• Must have food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
