Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
  • Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
  • Sells coffees and retail. Upsells. Strive to achieve revenue targets.
  • Upscaled technical coffee knowledge
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks. Same applies on all other drinks from the beverage menu.
  • Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment;
  • maintaining supplies, pastries, deli display, cake counter, and cookies for coffee bar.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns;
  • maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks. Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Follows SOS for dine in, take away and delivery. As per RVC operations.
  • Does cashiering
  • Completes opening, closing check lists and other forms as per assignment
  • Follows FIFO and LIFO
  • Does orders/ transfers and purchases whenever needed.
  • Keep par levels as per approved. Ensures labeling is done as per Municipality regulations.
Working Experience & Skills Minimum 1.5 years working hospitality or F&B. Minimum 1 year of being Barista on high volume signature cafe Oral fluency in English, ability to read English Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
