Caribou Coffee UAE is expanding its team and is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join its outlets across the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers daily, take orders accurately, and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive cafe atmosphere.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience working as a Barista within the food and beverage industry
Previous UAE experience is considered an advantage
Must currently be based in the UAE
Ability to join immediately is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow operational standards
