Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Barista cum Waiter

to join our specialty coffee and cafe team. The ideal candidate should have a deep appreciation for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide a welcoming cafe experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment efficiently. Maintain coffee preparation areas, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner. Educate customers about different coffee blends, origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings. Handle and restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and other cafe supplies.

Waiter Duties:

Greet customers warmly, present menus, and assist in making food and beverage choices. Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Process payments through POS systems and manage billing transactions. Ensure tables are clean, set up, and organized for the next guests. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.

General Responsibilities:

Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines as per UAE regulations. Assist in daily cafe opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Uphold the brand's quality standards and maintain a positive attitude with customers and team members. Support promotional activities and seasonal menu changes as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a

Barista cum Waiter

in a specialty coffee shop or cafe. With Valid UAE Visa, can provide NOC if under Own Visa and at least valid for 2 months Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, and latte art. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for coffee and hospitality. Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Certification in food safety and barista training is an advantage.
