Job Description
Position: Barista
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards Ensure consistent quality in every cup by properly calibrating equipment, monitoring brewing parameters, and practicing latte art techniques Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to excellence
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred Strong knowledge of coffee types, origins, and preparation methods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From BD2,400.000 per year
