to join our hospitality team in Nauru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
as well, operating a cash register, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with safety and legal standards
Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counter, and work areas
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista and Cashier
Experience preparing
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Knowledge of coffee machines, drink recipes, and bar equipment
Basic cash handling and POS experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous hospitality experience in hotels, cafes, or restaurants is an advantage
