• |
• Maintain a complete knowledge of coffee, beverages to advise guests and colleagues when necessary. |
• Take orders from guests in a timely and professional manner. |
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and speciality beverages. |
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of all work areas, utensils, and equipment |
• Cleaning of service and seating areas |
• Describe menu items and provide thoughtful recommendations to guests |
• Service customers and take orders |
• Order, receive and distribute stock supplies |
• Receive and process guests\xe2\x80\x99 payments |
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same |

What we need from you

• |
• 3 years related experience in same capacity |
• Excellent communications skills, English is a must |
• A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco\xe2\x84\xa2 service standards |
• A true \xe2\x80\x9cteam-player\xe2\x80\x9d mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks |
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays |
