We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Sweet Greens, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, smoothies, and specialty drinks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, smoothies, teas, etc.) according to recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the barista station and equipment. Deliver outstanding service by greeting, engaging, and connecting with customers. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Previous barista experience preferred but not mandatory -- we're happy to train the right person! Passion for coffee, healthy drinks, and customer service. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
