Key Accountabilities
Must posses good knowledge & experience on coffee based drinks and well versed with Coffee Arts.
Should be capable of handling the bar section alone and with limited supervision.
Must be a fast learner.
Arrange table set-ups before and after each customer according to the brand's set standards.
Present customers upon arrival with the menu, assist in their item selection, take orders and serve food in a timely manner.
Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and
liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations.
The staff should be providing a friendly, professional and timely service at all times and report immediately any discrepancies/customer complaints to the Manager on duty.
Ensures that customers' bills are correctly compiled and presented to customers in established manner and correctly paid.
Collects food and beverage orders from the kitchen, returns used china, glass and silver to dishwashing area.
Advises supervisor/manager on all guest comments and complaints
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
High School Degree or more
1-2 years of experience in customer service in a similar role
Excellent command of the English language; Arabic is a plus
Smart in appearance and well groomed
