Job Purpose: Lead barge administration, safety, and operations for offshore projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate anchor patterns, marine spread, and client/vendor communications. Oversee equipment maintenance and HSE compliance. Manage personnel schedules and emergency protocols. Requirements: 15+ years in offshore construction (jack-up/floating barges).
