g.)\xe2\x80\x8e Ensure, by appropriate monitoring and review that all work performed under his direction is \xe2\x80\x8eperformed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Ensures all personnel adhere to good \xe2\x80\x8eHSE practices and regulations. Effective follow up and reporting of all HSE related issues.\xe2\x80\x8e
h.)\xe2\x80\x8e Issues daily report detailing progress, hold ups, areas of concern, recommendations for \xe2\x80\x8eimprovement, etc. \xe2\x80\x8e
i.)\xe2\x80\x8e Liaises with Operation, Maintenance and Inspection Section Heads for certifying satisfactory \xe2\x80\x8ecompletion of work scope.\xe2\x80\x8e
j.)\xe2\x80\x8e Performs other related duties such as ordering materials, writing technical reports, updating \xe2\x80\x8eengineering drawings, maintaining daily logs, closing Facility Changes, etc.\xe2\x80\x8e
k.)\xe2\x80\x8e Participate in the training and development of assigned UAE Nationals. Assessment and \xe2\x80\x8eidentification of employees training and development requirements
