Job Description

The incumbent should have at least 4 years experience in the following activities:

1. Client Consultation: Discussing clients' needs and preferences, and offering advice on hairstyle options.

2. Hair Cutting and Styling: Cutting, trimming, hair skin fade and styling hair according to client requests.

3. Coloring and Highlights: Applying hair color, highlights, and lowlights as per client specifications.

4. Texture Services: Performing treatments such as facial, waxing, perms, straightening, and extensions.

5. Shampooing and Conditioning: Washing and conditioning hair, and providing scalp massages.

6. Blow-Drying and Styling: Using hairdryers, curling irons, and other tools to style hair.

7. Beard Trimming and Styling: Using trimmer, blade or thread to style beards.

8. Product Knowledge: Recommending and selling hair care products.

9. Sanitation: Maintaining clean and hygienic workstations and tools.

10. Client Relations: Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

11. Staying Current: Keeping up with industry trends, attending training, and learning new techniques.

12. Appointment Management: Scheduling and managing client appointments.

12. Sales and Upselling: Promoting salon services and products to increase revenue.

13. Safety: Ensuring the safety of clients during chemical treatments.

14. Teamwork: Collaborating with other salon staff and assisting when needed.

15. Communication: Actively listening to clients and effectively communicating to meet their expectations.

16. Creativity: Using creativity and artistic skills to create unique hairstyles. Remember that specific responsibilities can vary based on the salon's size and specialization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
