FreddyClassics Barbershop is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our team. As a Barber in our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality grooming services to our diverse clientele. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills in English, a passion for the craft, and a commitment to delivering exceptional barbering services.

Responsibilities:

Haircutting and Styling:

Perform precise haircuts and styling according to clients' preferences and current trends.
Stay updated on the latest hairstyles and grooming techniques.

Shaving and Beard Maintenance:

Administer professional shaving and beard grooming services with attention to detail.
Provide advice on beard care and maintenance.

Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' desired looks and preferences.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on face shape, hair type, and personal style.

Customer Service:

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
Build and maintain client relationships, fostering a loyal customer base.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each use.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other barbers and staff to maintain a cohesive and positive team environment.
Support fellow team members during peak times and special events.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about grooming products and provide recommendations to clients.
Upsell grooming products as appropriate to enhance clients' at-home maintenance routines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barber. Excellent proficiency in English for effective communication with clients. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date knowledge of grooming trends and techniques. Instagram Page is a must.
