Role Overview

A skilled and customer-focused Barber responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, maintaining excellent client relations, and ensuring a clean and professional salon environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and passionate about men's grooming trends and techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesHair Services

Provide professional haircuts, fades, trims, and styling for all hair types. Perform beard trimming, shaping, shaving, and grooming services. Recommend suitable styles and grooming solutions based on client preferences. Offer hair and scalp treatments when required.

Customer Experience

Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude. Conduct proper consultations to understand client needs and expectations. Provide aftercare advice for hair and beard maintenance. Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Salon Operations

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of barber tools, workstation, and equipment. Follow all health, safety, and sterilisation standards. Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Assist in retail product recommendations and sales.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of professional barbering experience. Strong knowledge of modern and classic cuts, fades, razor work, and beard grooming. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Valid UAE certificate/license (if required by the municipality).
