We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our dynamic salon team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about men's grooming and haircare, with strong technical skills and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering top-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaving services, while maintaining a clean and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard grooming, hot towel shaves, facials , waxing , threading and hair styling.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Stay updated with the latest trends in men's grooming and hair styling techniques.
Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment according to hygiene standards.
Ensure the workstation is clean and organized before and after each client.
Upsell salon Retail products and services to enhance client experience.
Build and maintain a strong client base by providing outstanding customer service.
Adhere to salon safety protocols, hygiene policies, and Dubai Municipality health regulations.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth salon operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a barber in a salon.
Valid UAE barbering certification or recognized equivalent (or willing to obtain).
Excellent knowledge of different hair and beard styles and grooming techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with straight razor shaving.
Familiarity with modern trends (e.g., skin fades, textured cuts).
Sales experience with grooming products.
