We are seeking a skilled and personable Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for grooming and styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deliver a wide range of barbering services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to clients' preferences.
Consult with clients to determine their desired style and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in barbering and grooming.
Upsell services and retail products to clients, ensuring they have the best grooming experience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barber or relevant certification in barbering or cosmetology.
Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers.
Knowledge of various hair types and textures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
