We are looking for a skilled and professional Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in men's haircuts, beard trimming, and shaving services. You should be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of hygiene, and stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hair cutting, beard trimming, shaving, and hair coloring services for male clients.
Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and recommend suitable options.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of all tools and work areas.
Keep up to date with modern haircut styles, grooming trends, and techniques.
Manage client appointments and ensure punctual, high-quality service.
Recommend and sell grooming and hair care products when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming barbershop environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong knowledge of different hair types, cutting techniques, and grooming tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:
Barbershop environment with long periods of standing.
Direct interaction with clients daily.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience, plus commission and client tips.
