Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Haircuts and Styling:

Provide a variety of hair cutting and styling services, including men's and women's haircuts, fades, and trims, ensuring each customer leaves with a polished look.

Shaving & Beard Grooming:

Offer professional shaving services, including hot towel shaves and beard trims, tailored to each client's preferences.

Scalp and Face Massage:

Provide relaxing scalp and facial massages as part of the grooming experience.

Customer Consultation:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their grooming needs, recommend styles, and ensure satisfaction with services.

Sanitation & Hygiene:

Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace by following all health and safety guidelines. Sterilize tools, clean stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the shop.

Product Knowledge:

Advise clients on suitable hair and beard care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, and styling gels.

Customer Service:

Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers, building strong relationships and encouraging repeat business.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in haircuts, shaves, and grooming techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role in a salon or barbershop. Certification in Barbering or Cosmetology (as required by local regulations). Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Proficient with a variety of hair cutting and shaving techniques. Strong knowledge of beard grooming, trimming, and facial hair styling. Ability to perform scalp massages and other spa services. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to work for 6000 workers in camp
