A vibrant upscale Latin American restaurant and bar in Madinat Jumeirah is seeking a committed and energetic BARBACK to support its bar operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow within a well-managed hospitality group known for excellence and innovation.
Candidate Profile:

• Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow within the group
• Previous experience in upscale dining or bar operations preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-energy environment

Work Schedule:

• Evening shifts only (from 5 PM until closing)
• 6 days per week during opening months, transitioning to 5 days per week thereafter
