Position: waitress

Location: Tower C, DAMAC Towers, Paramount Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests: Welcoming customers, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.

- Taking orders: Listening to customers' food and drink preferences, offering recommendations, and accurately recording orders.

- Serving food and drinks: Delivering orders to tables, ensuring accuracy, and addressing any special requests.

- Knowledge of menu: Being well-versed in the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.

- Customer service: Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service and a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Providing exceptional customer service to guests.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Fluent ( or native ) English language speaker. Mandarin or Arabic, Russian,...any extra languages.
