Job Description
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our beverage program. Responsibilities: Leadership and Training:Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and bar staff, providing guidance and support.
Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills in mixology, customer service, and upselling. Operational Excellence:Manage the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation. Quality Control:Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages through regular tastings and evaluations.
Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Customer Service:Interact with customers, handle inquiries, and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Encourage and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar. Collaboration with Management:Work closely with the Bar Manager and other departments to achieve overall hotel goals.
Assist in the development and execution of promotions and events. Financial Management:Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets and financial goals.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Stay informed about relevant local regulations and industry trends. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
